I am writing this letter to recommend Robinson’s Custom Homes. He built our home 2 ½ years ago and have had no problems with it. I also had the pleasure of working with Mr. Robinson when he finished our basement. I would highly recommend him without reservations.
He was very professional and was accurate in his assessment of the scale and cost of the project. The job was done with care and precision.
In addition he was very tidy and kept the workplace clean.
I would highly recommend him and I plan on using him for any future building that we do.

Please accept this letter as a business recommendation for Robinson Custom Homes and owner Wayne Robinson, located in South Mountain, Ontario.
In March of 2011, we sought out the services of a home builder to begin construction of our new family home in Kemptville area while we still resided in Nova Scotia. We feel we were very fortunate to find Robinson Custom Homes to build our home. Wayne and Stacey Robinson provided us with very personal service and were willing to accommodate our restricted schedule during a brief visit to Ontario to finalize a contract. The contract was expertly written and complete with all items being satisfied up on completion. Of special note, as per the contract, our Contract Price, Payment Schedule and Completion of Work commitments were all met as quoted.
We were unable to be physically available during the construction, and thus relied heavily upon Robinson Custom Homes for frequent updates. Stacey Robinson communicated to us effectively and accurately all relevant information and gave us many opportunities to participate in several construction decisions. We felt confident at all times that construction was proceeding as anticipated.
We moved into our completed home August 9th, 2011 and have been very pleased with all aspects of the house from land purchase to construction to quality finishing. We have had no warranty issues with our new home though we derive comfort knowing we are enrolled with the Tarion Warranty Corporation.
From a homeowner’s perspective, Robinson Custom Homes has conducted themselves extremely professionally and pleasantly throughout the building process. I have been impressed by their dedication to meet all expectations as outlined in our contract. I would not hesitate to recommend Robinson Custom Homes to anyone seeking to build a new home.

RE: Reference Letter for Robinson Custom Homes
In the fall of 2009 our home was built by Robinson Custom Homes.
Our expectations were met during the process. Their care of workmanship quality is shown in the home. We were kept informed during the various stages and the home was completed on target.
A walk through of the home was completed during and at the end with any minor adjustments immediately made. After completion of the home a couple small issues arose and were quickly and promptly taken care of.
It was a great experience. If the opportunity should arise to build another home, we would definitely consider Robinson Custom Homes.

Robinson Custom Homes – Tightest Home Tested
In June 2011, Wayne and Stacey Robinson owners of Robinson Custom Homes contacted DT Home Energy about qualifying homes that are to be built by Robinson Custom Homes as Energy Star Homes.
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of accomplishment to Wayne and Stacey as well as to future home buyers, to state that not only did the first home tested pass the Energy Star requirements with relative ease, but that that home also earns distinction of tightest home tested by DT Home Energy through the Energy Star for New Homes program.
The energy Star qualification process requires ensures that new homes built using this standard are at least 30% more energy efficient then a home built to the standard Ontario Building Code.
The home built by Robinson Custom Homes had an impressive 0.63 air changes per hour, earning the top spot in terms of homes that are built to be air tight and conserve heat loss when it was tested in September 2011. This is 75% more air tight then the requirement for an Energy Star home and is only 5% higher than the standard for a passivehouse, the highest standard for energy efficient construction in the world.
